Lake Cathie Medical Centre takes it very seriously if a member of our team is treated in an abusive or violent way. Our staff are trained and dedicated to help you and you will be treated with courtesy and respect at all times. In return, we request that are doctors, reception and nursing team are treated with the same courtesy and respect.
We have a ZERO TOLERANCE approach to any verbal, aggressive and violent abuse and behaviours towards our team or other patients. We respectfully advise that your abuse and/or violence will not be tolerated. If you violate this policy, your status as a patient of Lake Cathie Medical Centre and Bonny Hills Medical Centre will be terminated. If required the Police will be called and may result in the person concerned being removed from our practice.
