Dr Shivam Kapadia - Lake Cathie Health Complex

Growing up in Toronto in Canada, Shivam completed his BSc Honours in Neuroscience & Psychology at the University of Toronto. Thereafter doing research on brain tumours at the University of Calgary before moving to Australia.

He then completed his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Wollongong. He has specialist interests in neurology, oncology, and procedural/skin cancer medicine.

Shivam loves to experiment with cooking, snorkelling and traveling in his spare time. He also speaks Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati and Urdu.

Private – $80
Concession – $75
Pensioners – bulk billed
Children Under 16 – bulk billed
DVA – bulk billed

Payments:
Fees are to be paid at the time of consultation. Your Medicare rebate will be paid straight into a savings or cheque account almost immediately.

Failure to attend or cancel an appointment within 4 hours of the appointment time will attract a $50 fee. No further appointments will be made within the complex until this charge has been paid.

The AMA fee structure forms the basis of our billing policy and is displayed in the reception area of the surgery. If you have any difficulty in paying our fees, please discuss it with us.
